I changed the data source, which is an excel file, and when I pressed "Apply change," I got an error message: "The key didn't match any rows in the table."
I appreciate your help in applying the new data source to my existing reports. I am not able to locate the original excel data source of the reports. The column names are the same except that the numeric under the column ID has probably changed.
Hi @jagjrvcsny ,
Thank @lbendlin for sharing, and I have some additional content here.
Please ensure that the Excel file names, table names, and identifiers match the initial data format and names used when creating the Power BI report, and note that Power Query needs to be case sensitive.

Hi, thank you. My data source is DB from Microsoft Access. I can create reports in Microsoft Access and new reports in PBI (I will be working on my old report because changing the data source is an issue). My goal now is to have a dashboard on PBI. Would you be able to refer me to a consultant who I can hire to create a dashboard?
Thank you for your response. I can create reports in Microsoft Access. I can also create reports in PBI using data sources from Microsoft Access. I saw a big possibility for quick insights using a dashboard. Would you be able to refer me to a consultant for a fee to help me create a dashboard? Best, Jose
