Changing Map

Hi 

Sometime ago i saw a dashboard for flight delays ( like it was live streaming). Is there a way in Power BI t do that, I have a heat map showing number of orders placed by zip code from 2017 to current, what i am visualising is something like a PLAY button it starts the heat map rolloing from 2017 to current. Is that possible.

But i think that is not what i am looking for. I have the data in the datawarehouse it is not live data , what i wanted was to make the report like live streaming , click a report and data shows from past 10 years or so to present on a heat map , how the heat map is expanding over the years.
