Changing Data Source in custom Semantic Model
aayushiharalal , Open in Tabular editor 3. You will see the connection string. You can modify that with details of production (SQL End point and Lakehouse/warehouse name)
I usually create a custom semantic model with one table and then migrate it using ALM toolkit
Both Above option requires XMLA endpoint to enabled at tenant level and read/write permission at capacity level
If we are able to deployment pipeline, we will get option to change settings
