The feature that manually changing Axis title in Line and Stacked Column chart is not available. You can vote this issue in the following idea and create a measure as other post to work around this issue.

@minh23tran You can select the visual and go to format option on the left pane below visualizations in Power BI Desktop Tool. Hope this should work !
Hi, I've checked format options and I still can't see anything there that allows me to change axis value for Line and stacked column charts.
That won't help either. My column is named "Type" I would like to get rid of "Count of"
@minh23tran You need to explicitly create a measure with the name you want used. When you use the built in aggregations it will always apply what type of aggregation to the begining of your column name.
