Changing Aggregation Behavior via Power Query

When using the Int64.Type data type in Power Query, then Applying the changes, Power BI Desktop automatically sets the default Aggregation behavior for this column to "Sum".

• If this column contains an Index, for example, it usually would not make sense to sum it, so we'd manually change the Aggregation to "None".
• Another way to turn the Aggregation to "None" is to set the column type to Text, and Aggregation will turn off automatically--but with the downside of now carrying a potentially very heavy Text field around, instead of the fast Integer field.

I'd like a third option I can implement in Power Query, perhaps specifying Aggregation type via the "meta" tag; is this possible, is there another way, or should I submit an Idea for this?

As far as I know, it seems impossible to achieve.

If you would like to suggest  feature improvements, you may vote the idea and comment here  to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
