Change visual for selection

Hello,

I am wanting when I click on a value or column in another graphic on my dashboard to change the pie chart to display the percentages to show the percentages based on the item selected, and not show it as a percentage of the total. For example, when I click on Jan 2025 in the bottom chart, instead of graying out a bunch of the pie chart above, I want it to change the values to be the percent for each task in January so the pie chart totals to 100% for the selection I made. Or if I click a mechanic on the left side, it would show their breakdown of their tasks by percentage to also equal 100% of their work.

Try Edit Interation and change it to Filter.
