Hi community, I have one colum type clob (oracle) it cointains string too long, examples: "Thank you"; "thank you", etc. in the source and power query I have many rows withs the strings (examples) differents rows as meaning the same thing. But in the data view, in power bi desktop, the same string as showing as: "thank you", e.g. chansing the uppercaser to lowercase. 😞
Source and power query.
ID_transaction | ID_person | string_person |
001 | 12 | Thank you |
002 | 13 | thank you |
Data view inside power bi
ID_transaction | ID_person | string_person |
001 | 12 | thank you |
002 | 13 | thank you |
is there anyway to avoid this issue?
thank in advance.

Hi @Peter_23
In short, if values that differ only in case are added to the column of a table, the engine will treat these values as equivalent, and they will be loaded using the "first" case encountered.
