Change language in Visuals

I want the month name to be in English.

File > Options > Regional setting miss English UK. By the way, it misses Hebrew too.

Where else can I change the language?

Try to change the language in the CURRENT FILE settings and not in the GLOBAL settings

Yes, in current file all the languages appear, but the names of the months remain in Hebrew.
