Change data label color of a single column

Can I change the color of a single column data label? For instance, On May the data label is inside the bar and I would like it to become white. I also tried to put the position as outside end, but it does not stay totally outside:

 I don't want to change manually the Y-axis maximum value for it to fit

Setting the Position of the Data labels Auto, it will show the expected result.

@RPAI2812 , if you have not changed the color manually, it should respond when it was changed from outside or inside. Change position to inside end check
