Change column on the slicer with click of button

Hi everyone,

I'm very new to the Power BI platform. I researched the current problem a lot but couldn't find any concrete solution. The requirement is as follows:

• I need to display two buttons i.e. Button A & Button B
• There are two Columns i.e. Column A & Column B
• When Button A is clicked Slicer on Column A will be shown
• When Button B is clicked Slicer on Column B will be shown

To solve the above, I was following the approach of bookmarks. In which

• Bookmark A displayed the Buttons A & B along with slicer on Column A
• Bookmark B displayed the Buttons A & B along with slicer on Column B
• The problem here is that even if I hide the slicers in the respective bookmarks, I'm still getting filtered data on the hidden slicer.
• For example, for Bookmark A, even if the slicer B is hidden, the values in slicer A has been filtered out.

Can you please help me resolving this at the earliest possible?

If I understand you correctly, what you did is something like this:

If it is, please keep the slicers not syncing between report pages.

Or, you can refer to this post to set dynamic change in slicer.

Hi, Try this

Select Slicer B and go to format tab and edit interactions remove the cross-filtering and update the bookmark.
