Change Visual's Padding?

Hi

I have started using Power BI again after a while but I'm having this problem where I cannot manipulate the inner padding for a visual. 

Thing is, I don't remember having this problem when I used Power BI a while ago. I cannot change the padding so the border is closer to the visual, it really fills up the canvas too much and it is troublesome. The title is too high up and I want to bring it closer. Is there any way to fix this?

Currently you can only adjust the distance of the title from the image by resizing the visual's border.

@Saleem786 , I do not recall any padding option in the pie visual. Can you elaborate the need
