Cards not showing true value of the data

Hi there PowerBIarians

Im having probs with the cards on one page of my report, they do not change value when I refresh the data. There are no filters on the page, there is 800 odd rows in the data pane and data in each of these. I have ensured that the data source is configured correctly and the data is being loaded properly, the correct data type for each column is correct. When I open a new page on the report and add a new card the correct data total is displayed.

I have ensured that the correct measure has been used (eg. Count).

The visuals below show the issue, please note both are using the same measure for the same column.

The first visual should read 867.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Hello @DSavill ,

Click on the filter icon on the card and see if there's any filter that is affecting the card, It may be the filters from the slicers you have.

Hi, This is due to your filter pane filtering on location, disabillity. There are only 14 customers with those 2 values in there data. U can make the filter only affect other visuals if that is what u want. Let me know if this solves the issue if not what issue u still get.
