Card visual does not take DAX measure in a different tab

Hi experts: 

I am encountering an issue and out of resources now. 

The situation is: 

I am using a card visual on the first page of the report I created, to display the measure out of a DAX measure of "Unsuccessful Reg Syncs", and the number is 18. I checked the database, it is correct. 

Then, on a different tab, I have this card visual with the SAME measure, exactly the same, I dragged and dropped into this Card visual, however, it does not get any data populated. 

This whole tab does not get the data, including the top Data slicer and the rest. I have tried refresh the data source, duplicate a tab with data populated and put in the same measure, however, this tab just not taking any data. 

Please help, I am able to schedule a working session to demonstrate the PowerBI desktop app to get the issue across more clear.

Please try to use Sync slicers in other page.

On the Power BI Desktop View menu, select Sync slicers.

The Sync slicers pane appears between the Filters and Visualizations panes.

@Anonymous , On the first one you have a date range filter. You might have data for that. If measure depends on what date is selected, you may get blank values
