Card functionality

Hello guys. Kindly I need a little of guidance.

My "New followers" card does not change when i filter based on date. The other cards and graphs populate well, but the New followerd card does not. On my model I have created a date query and assigned it a relationship with the followers

@Anonymous , Check if the interaction is on between visual, if yes share the measure formula, it might be removing the date filter using all or removefilters.
