Card & Slicer showing different amount of values. Example file included.

I have a report, the the slicers are showing the correct values to filter, but the cards are not showing the same amount of values in the slicer. So as an example, the "Region" card needs to be showing "1".  How can I get the cards to show the numerical amount of values in the slicers.  I can add the same measure found on the slicers onto the card Visual filter section, but it doesnt allow me to filter it.  Hope that makes sense and thanks in advance.

Example File

Hi,

Write this measure for Region.  Write similar measures for Country and City as well.

Measure = COUNTROWS(FILTER(VALUES(MasterLookup[Regon]),[Slicer Measure: HasRows Absence Master List]<>BLANK()))

Hope this helps.

please show your data model and indicate which part of it feeds the slicers and which part feeds the cards.
