Card Visuals make interactive

On my powerBI report at the left hand side I added Cards to display the status.

In the Status Breakdown bar chart, when I select a Status bar,  all other visuals update. For example, if I select Status Breakdown 'No status', all other visuals update related to 'No Status'. see screen capture.

The user has requested if they click the Cards can the visuals update related to the status

How can this be achieved?

yes, you can set it up so when you click on the bar chart it won't affect the cards.

My question is, when I click the Cards Status, can it be linked to update and show the Bar Chart. For example, if I select Card Status 'Not Progressing', can the bar chart display only  ''Not Progressing'
