Card Visual Help

I have an excel spreadsheet which essentially has 5 different options for people to choose from. Once selected they can input numbers in the following column.

There is then a formula that gives the total of all of these options. This has been set up as a card visual in my dashboard.

Is there a way to create a card so that instead of having the total of all 5 options. I can create multiple cards with each options total?

@Anonymous , not very clear, you can use visual level filter. or try multi row card
