Capacity plan using Microsoft Project

Hi

I hope someone can help

I am trying to use the Odata feature in power BI to create a resource chart from data taken from MS Project online

I have connected the data and can use the resource demand and timebyday field to create an accurate workload graph, however when I add the capacity field as a line I cannot get an accurate representation.

In the table view of the graph it accurately shows 7.5 hours capacity per day but when this is added to a graph on the report it shows 43933.50 (which I can only assume is the total amount of hours allocated to tasks in project). This is also the information which is given when i create a new tile as a table.

What i need is a line which changes depending on slicers and drill downs showing the max capacity of the specified resources at any of the selected time periods (day, week, month Qtr etc...)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Matt

Update:-

Unfortunately I cannot add live data as there is a lot of company information built into my plans but i can add some screenshots which may make it easier to understand what I my issue is

Desktop viewDesktop viewcapacity correct at 7.5 hours / day in table viewcapacity correct at 7.5 hours / day in table viewrelationshipsrelationships

I hope this helps

Matt
