Cant find 'bind to parameter' option

My data source is sql server i have used Dynamic query for data conectivity. I have created  manage parameters called 

StartDate and EndDate. 

I have then  created tables of values 

Bind the fields to the parameters:

I now want to bind the field to a parameter. I click into model select the table 

but there is no bind to parameter option?

i am using the following version

Fixed the issue was due to parameters being text when i changed it to date 

the bind to option appeared.
