When I update the desktop version to June 2022, I cannot use conditional formating when I use Area chart as the previous version,
how to fix it?

As I know the conditional formatting is not supported for the Area Ahart in power bi.

@ChutichulSenee , I doubt you have conditional formatting in Area in the previous version too.
