Hello,
I have made a stacked column chart in PowerBI desktop with 2 color (incident & service request)
But after I published to my workspace, why the color of service request disappear and the color and quantity combine into incidents?

it's not only the colored is disappeared, it's not showing the requests as two seperate requests, its showing them all as incidents which as your scenario would be wrong.
try checking if there's any filtered applied in the service that is affecting the data, or try editing it from Power bi service.
