Cannot setting schedule refresh (pro licence)

1 month ago i can set schedule refresh  but now  the dashboard not  update  ,So I looked at what was set up.  I cannnot  click  "on" for open setting schedule refresh  , how to setting schedule refresh?

    Check that you have a gateway connection (if your datasource needs one), and also, check the Data source credentials are filled in where necessary.
