Cannot read server response

Hi!

So I had a flow set-up to refresh the PBI dataset every morning and a subscription of the report enabled to be sent every morning as well. This has been the set-up for some time now and it's been succcesfull.

On August 15, the schedule failed to refresh AND the subscription was not sent to the users. My questions are:

  1. What can be the possible reason why the refresh failed based on the error below? A PBI server issue?
  2. What I understand is that subscription event is independent of the refresh results. Although in this case, it's a good thing that the subscription wasn't sent because the report did not refresh, my question is what is the possible reason why the report subscription didn't send either? I asked the person who enabled the report subscription and she said she didn't turn it off.

Hi @newgirl

Based on the error, I learned in the article here about 401 Status Code, this error means that the connector has rejected your authentication request, either because an invalid API key has been provided, or you have exceeded the number of actions permitted by your subscription.

And I found in the Power BI subscription restrictions that the report page subscription is associated with the name of the report page. If you subscribe to a report page and it is renamed, you will have to recreate your subscription.(it also will cause the flow down)

As for other subscription-related issues, first make sure your Pro or Premium license has not expired. If you are unable to use the subscription feature, please contact your system administrator or IT help desk. Your organization may have disabled this feature or may have reached the maximum subscriber limit.

Hope it helps,
