For some strange reason i am not able to open the filter please need help

You can't remove the first one and that is also not necessary. They filter basically different things: if you filter on the original item in the filter pane, it filters the aggregate. If you add the column again, you are filtering the data context that is used to calculate the actual aggregate. What is it that you are trying to do? Also, why haven't you added the original 'f2' column that was in your visual first?

You have the filter pane open, what do you exactly mean 'you can't open the filter'? We can all see your filter pane right there? 😛

Sorry i meant the drop down and the boxes i cannot add a value and when i click on the drop down it wont show other values lie basic filtering etc

The value is a number, and because it is aggregated (like summed, probably looking at your visual), you can't simply filter that one. What you can do is drag the same column to the Visual Filter again and then you can choose basic filtering.
Note the same column is in the VIsual Filter pane twice.

@JarroVGIT thanks , i added a different field and now i can see the drop down but how do i delete the first one ? i do not see an option there
