Cannot open server- Login faild

I builded my dashbord based on SQL database and now trying to add some additional tables from the same database, but I am stuck in an error message related to the login:

@Hadill , Under transform data- > edit data source -> Clear permission -> You will asked of credentials again on refresh, Try that

will this step

effects any of the tables or visuals that i created on the dashbord? 

or every thing already saved?
