Cannot open PBI report in Desktop

Hi,

while trying to open the report in Desktop I'm getting this view (after waiting for 30min or more nothing happens):

It is specifically with only this report and only one colleague is able to open it (all others can't).
The report size is 38,572KB, but even larger reports work totally fine.

What is the version of your colleague's Power BI Desktop? And what is your version?

I think you should contact your admin with the logs

Difficult to reproduce it at our end/or say I have not seen such scenario in the past
