Cannot get a Fixed Row Number on a Matrix

Hello everyone,

I have been strugling for ages to get a FIXED row number value in a matrix. I already know how to get it on the Power Query Editor, but of course that it's not enough to get it working on a matrix.

I attached you an example of what I'm talking about. It's the first column what Im looking for.

What can I do?

In such issue I personally follow these steps:

1. Create a Custom Column indicating by Country - viz., USA -1 , UK - 2 and so on. 

2. I can use that column in to row values of matrix so that I have row number is fixed

Sorry, I don't understand you....

If you are saying that USA will have the 1, and UK  the 2, and so on, they will be related to each other.

The column needs to be fixed no matter what filter I use....

Hello,

As you show in your gifts, you are forcing to the US to be the 1, and the UK the 2. This makes that if you order by "Time",  the order will change.

Do I explain myself?
