Cannot authenticate with the given credentials

hi,

im not able to connect to teradata from Power BI,

im getting cannot authenticate given credentials,

but i use same credentials to connect to teradata normally.

it would be great if some gives any idea abt it

HI @kkumar ,

According to your description, it seems like you can get data and build report from teradata source on power bi desktop side. But when you publish to service side, similar credentials configuration not working, right?
If this is a case, can you please explain more about these to help us clarify your scenario?(e.g. desktop version, datasource version, gateway configuration, data source credentials configure snapshots, error messages...)

tq for the reply, it was a LDAP issue  now im able to login,

we have to set the LDAP flag to true.
