Cannot Expand Table Column to get data

Hello Team,

I have a Sharepoint List with multiple columns and import to BI Desktop to work. The column I want to work is called IT IMPACTS, but this's shown as table. Like below.

In the right corner, I click to expand the data but it doesn't show any columns for me to pick up. Like below

Once I click in the Table to expand data. It shows this error.

*** Column Type in Sharepoint for this field is Lookup. It has some values like this: Clinical Apps - Ambulatory EHR Team;#4;#Interoperability - Interfaces Leads;#110;#Patient Access - Cadence Team;#45" ******

How to I extract to get this data from table format?
