Can we use parameter value in custom query ?

Hi

I am using 4 what if parameter (Currency Rate) in Power BI and user are suppose to change the parameter value. Based on Parameter value and some logic I was calculating Final Amount (Amount from Input File * Currency Rate( as per currency code coming against each amount.

Now I have final amount after currenct conversion and now i have defined Range as measure and based on range like 1-1000, 1001-2000,2001-3000 i need to show no of accounts have that final amount.

PROBLEM : I can use measue as measue can not be use in Stacked column Chart on X axix. So i need to use column for defining range but problem is if i change paramter value then Measure FInal Amount do not changes hence Number of accounts coutn coming wrong.

Any Suggestion ?
