Can we save summarized data in PowerBi before refreshing new data?

I want to keep the summary of everyday refreshed data in a separate table in power BI itself, does power BI have such an ability?

(incremental refresh looks like is not doing such a process)

Thank you @amitchandak , so incremental refresh will work for this case also. But still I don't have it in my fields pane.
