Can we Change the Background Color of a Slider Slicer?

Hopefully a pretty simple request: I'm seeking to modify the color of this section:

It is nearly invisible against the white background and I cannot find a way to change it. Thanks!

You can sort of acheive this by going to the format visuals section and playing around with the effects -> backgrounds, or Values background colour, and also the slider colour. If this isn't quite what you need, then you'll need to look into custom visuals.
