Can't open the pbix file with error on file is protected by your org's information protection policy

Have any one encountered the below error? it seems to have appeared today and is this related to the AAD issue too? 

any input is appreciated !

the file I am trying is to open is built by me. I have recently set sensitivity to Confidential - Microsoft extended and file worked with out an issue until today.

Can you open it now? it is saying the AAD issue has been mitigated and most of the services are back online. But I am still not able to open PBIX file.

Nope, I still have the same issue. I tried installing older version of power BI and restarting my machine, but both did not work.

Thanks. I am waiting to do a publish. But currently, the file can't be opened at all for 5 hours.

yes. currently power BI is down.
