Hi everyone!
I have a strange problem and I can't sign in to my account in Power BI desktop because the password window is blank and won't load (I've tried waiting). I tried to log in in the service (app.powerbi.com) and it worked without problems. Then I tried to uninstall/reinstall Power BI desktop and that didn't help so I tried uninstall again and remove all files belonging to the program and reinstall, didn't help. Then I read something about manually remove all the registry files and I tried that too and still the problem remains. Don't know what else to do, anyone got any suggestions?

And I find a know issue, maybe it is what you met. You can try it. Or you can try to install a previous version.
If the issue is still there and you are a pro user, not trial, I suggest you to create a support ticket to get further help.

This is how the sign in get stuck. I've tried and waiting for a long time but the window where I'm supposed to write my password won't load. I've tried to restart my computer several times. It seems to be a problem with the microsoft login window so I'm not sure it's Power BI desktop?

@JonathanVivas Sure, I got support from Microsoft and we ended up reseting Internet Explorer to default settings and it worked! Not sure what made the settings in IE to change but it helped. I hope it can help you too! 🙂
