Can't determine why some data is not being displayed

So I am trying to determine why I can see the total in one of my visuals when I sort by certain categories (in this case using the slider for "Preventative Maintenance"). Note that the total amount of house spent on this task is 40.15 hours, but it is only showing .20 hours and for one Work order. It does show the totals at the bottom but unclear why the full list that makes up the totals is not being displayed.

Hi @ChrisAZ ,

The many-to-many relationship is created between the Labor and Parts tables through 'Work Order'. If you choose to use the Labor table's 'Vehicle', then the 'Worker Order' should also be Labor.

Hi @ChrisAZ ,

It's hard to see the cause of the problem just from the screenshot, please provide a public link to the pbix file (doesn't include private data).

Hi @ChrisAZ ,

It is always tough to diagnose soemthing from one screenshot.  But, is there a filter on one of the visuals that is not on the other?  In the "paid vs work hours" visual, what happens if you re sort that by the hours, does it show up?  Or, do all the hours that are missing belong to the blank line - "Jordan"?

Thank you! That works now!

Hello,

The blank line for "Jordan" is not really part of the issue, it just so happens that he is not one of the employees that did this task. I am just unclear on why I see the tools in the bottom right, but in the data above it is only showing one entry.  What else might I include that could help diagnose the problem? I could include the entire PBIX.
