Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
Could you please update your Desktop to the latest version and check again. There is no issue with deleting a measure in the current release, and updating often resolves version specific errors.

 

If you install Power BI Desktop from the Microsoft Store, you will always receive the latest version and future updates will be applied automatically.
