Can't convert to proper Date

Hello,

I have Month and Year columns and I wanted to create the Date column. I used DATE function which takes Year, Month and Day parameters, but for some strange reason it uses month as the Day and the Day as the Month. It drives me crazy 😞

Note: I tried to create this column in Power Query, tried to convert using Locale, but still the same problem!!!

It must be something with the file settings.

Thanks for your help!

@Sab , to me, this seems correct. Seem like the format is MM/DD/YYYY

That based on the system setting  or format in column tools
