Can't connect to postgresql in Azure

My Power BI Desktop stopped connecting to PostgreSQL, and I can't make the necessary configurations to get it working. I noticed there is a message on the PostgreSQL server in Azure, and I downloaded and imported the certificates mentioned there. However, I still can't connect.

Other applications on my machine can connect, but Power BI still doesn't work.

Using the version from September, the problem disappeared.

Yes there is some issue in October month update with PostgreSQL connector.
