Can i customise the data label of Mekko Chart Module?

By using a Mekko chart, the data label cannot only be customized, but also include additional text, such as [value] & "other string".

Then you might want to consider using the "Marimekko" visual. Of course, this is only if you wanted to add a category name for the numerical value—if it's something else, then this won't work, as there's also no option to add details by adding DAX measures. As an alternative solution, you could recreate the visual you need using Deneb (a Custom Visual with Vega-Lite), but that would take more time.

Hi @harryli1

Is it essential for you to use this particular visualization? Why not try recreating the same thing using a 100% stacked column chart instead?

Thank you.

Because the Mekko chart can adjust the width of each column based on its value, it can fine-tune the column widths, that is important, since my reader need to know each category of market share.
