Can I change the axes in a combo chart in the way that the lines stay within the canvas of the bars?

I created a combo chart as in the attachment. Now, what I would like is to have the lines starts lower, to make them stay within the space the bars take. I want the bars to be 1 (or 100%) and fill the vertical canvas. Can I do that? Can I change the axes like that?PowerBI_stacked.JPG
