Can I change rows depending on the slicer value in matrix visualization

I am creating the matrix visulization where i need to change rows dynamically based on value from slicer or filter.

You can create measures with ALLSELLECTED function.

Here is a sample:

Measure1 = 
CALCULATE(
    MAX('Table2'[Value]),
    ALLSELECTED('Table2'[ID]))
