I have different brands of my poroducts in that i have company brands also .Now i would like to calculate the sales of my company brand can anyone help me on this how to do this calculation

Is there a column which distinguish the brand belongs to? The following is my sample you can reference to modify yours. If there is not one, please post some sample data and the expected output. Then we can help you as soon as possible.
Measure = CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[Sales]),ALLEXCEPT(Table1,Table1[Column1]))
If you just want to calculate sales of one of the company brand. You can use the following measure.
Measure 2 = CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[Sales]),FILTER(Table1,Table1[Brand ] = "Company A"))
