@JawaharPrem6 , Use the below DAX and format it as percentage

Percentage =
var num = COUNT(EU_Data[TAT])
var den = CALCULATE(COUNT(EU_Data[TAT]),ALL(EU_Data))
RETURN
DIVIDE(num,den,0)

@JawaharPrem6 Create a measure and format it as percentage like below

Percentage =
var num = SUM(YourTable[Count])
var den = CALCULATE(SUM(YourTable[Count]),ALL(YourTable))

Thanks Jawahar

Of course, you cannot sum a text column. You can count the rows instead. Use COUNTROWS(EU_data)

Hi @JawaharPrem6

here's a sample measure based on the data provided.

DIVIDE (
    [count measure],
    CALCULATE ( [count measure], ALL ( 'table'[tat column] ) )
)

If this doesn't resolve your issue, please provide more context,  and a workable sample data (not an image). Please refer to this post - https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/m-p/1447523

It's my first time seeing not being able to use % in a measure name. Have you tried renaming it?
