Calculation error

Hi,

I need help here,

when i calculate Gap%Vs Plan column it doent give me expected %.

I used formula:

Gap(Actual-Plan)-1/Plan value

is there anyway to find Gap% by taking care of -ve values and blank also.

Please correct if i am wrong and how do i get expected ouput.

What's the expected result?
