Calculating row subtotals differently

Hi guys

I have the following matrix with three measures.

Mi INVESTMENT measure is defined as:

INVESTMENT =
VAR RES = [Sell Out] * [% INV]
VAR RESULT =
IF (HASONEFILTER ( Table[Company] ),
    IF ( [% INV] > 0, RES, BLANK () ),
        SUMX ( FILTER ( Table, [% INV] > 0 ), RES )
)
RETURN RESULT

However my desired subtotal is just the sum of the investment values of each company: 11,5 + 18,6 + 14,3.

Any idea would be very appreciated!
