Calculating % of total

I'm trying to calculate the % of an item within a sub-category.  The table contains the following columns:

Category

SubCategory

Period (date)

Amount

A snippet of the report looks like this.

My challenge is to get the Amount % to be the % of the amount within a particular category (ex. Type) and month.  
For the "Source" category, all of the Amount % should be 100%.

For "Type", the percentages should be the Subtype (e.g. Conventional) divided by the sum of the Amounts within that Category.

The calculation of Amount % is
