I'm trying to calculate the age of events but using direct query is very different than the reports I've done from spreadsheets in the past. Can someone help me please?
I have Task_Created_Date which shows the date format as xx/xx/xxxx
Hi @Anonymous,
Are you referring to Power Query instead of Direct Query?
Calculating age can be achieved by using creating a calculated column in DAX.
DATEDIFF( start date, end date, interval)
Hi there,
no, specifically direct query. I'm pulling data from a live database.
Have you tried creating a custom column that subtracts the start from end date?
That will not work with Direct Query?
I'm not sure I know how to be honest, could you point me in the right direction?
