I have 2 fields I am using to calculate the duration of a Work Order
I subtract the complete time from In progress time. Thats my duration of time a tech worked.
When i do this as a measure, _ActiveWorkTime, i get the right numbers for each different WO, but it doesn't total properly. I get the FIRST timestamp as the total.
_ActiveWorkTime = DATEDIFF(min('wo'[cmptime]),min('wo'[iprtime),MINUTE)
When that didn't work I tried adding a new column, _CalcWOduration. Left it as a duration field. I get a decimal field with NO total at the end. What am i doing wrong please!!!!
Thank yoU!

Hi @kitcatnj ,
According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a measure.
_ActiveWorkTime2 = SUMX(VALUES('wo'[tech]),[_ActiveWorkTime])
(3) Then the result is as follows.
