Calculated column in matrix visual

Hi all. I have a matrix visual in Power BI that looks like the below, where # Sales , # Customers and % Customers with Sales are all measures - Aug-19 and Jul-19 are from my date table. What I'm after is a 3rd column showing difference between the 2, for example +13 for the first row. Creating another measure would create another row (and thus look rubbish...) - any help greatly appreciated!
