I have Table A which has a many to one relationship to Table B.
In Table A I have Column A which I need to multiply by Column B in Table B but appears I need to do a M code formula here.
Anyone able to help or guide me here how to achieve this?
You can also create a custom column in power query for the same.
If you want to create a new column then you can go for this formula
LET
#addcolumn = Table.AddColumn(#"Changed Type", "New Column", each [Column A] * [Column B])
IN
#"addcolumn"
Thanks for your reply but I don't have an issue with the column, it's already there, it's how do I reference the other table using the relationship to achieve this which I am struggling with
